vamp stealth lore gives the buff to everyone in the area.. and the snare is bugged in the same way the mez was. its a normal snare instead of pulsing.

Snare on live wasnt pulsing, atleast i dont think it is

yeah it pulses on live like the mez. i never played dem vamp much on live so i always use the snare when casters kite.. but that snare wont make too much of a difference in pvp.. i know the stealth lore should be a self buff though lol
